Applications to the OCTO AI for NGOs programme

The data will be processed to receive, assess and handle applications to the “OCTO AI for NGOs” programme, contact applicants, verify an organisation's eligibility for the programme, present ticket purchase terms, and establish, pursue or defend potential claims. Processing is based on the Controller's legitimate interests in operating the programme, handling applications and preventing abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where an individual submits an application on their own behalf, processing may also be necessary to take steps at their request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Once a ticket has been granted and purchased, data may also be processed to comply with the Controller's legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the application to be considered. Data may be shared with providers of IT, hosting, email and form-handling services, as well as entities providing legal, accounting and organisational services to the Controller, solely to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Data will be retained for the duration of the programme and its settlement, and subsequently for the period required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims. Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of their data, to object to processing and, where applicable, to data portability. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Group ticket enquiries for companies

Data will be processed to receive and handle a group offer enquiry, contact the applicant, prepare sales terms and establish, pursue or defend potential claims. Processing is based on taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – and the Controller's legitimate interest in handling enquiries and preventing abuse – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and measurement tools
Necessary browser storage is used for website security, forms and recording your consent choice. With your consent, Google Analytics is used for aggregate audience measurement, while Meta Pixel and advertising tags measure campaign effectiveness and interest in OCTO AI tickets.
The legal basis for optional analytics and marketing tools is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. These tools remain blocked until consent is granted. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time; the saved choice expires after 180 days.
